Delete your BeaverBoy Online data

This page is for BeaverBoy Online, by Lok Sang Ho: the game on Windows, Mac, the web, iPhone, iPad and Android. Deleting works the same whichever one you play on.

Delete your whole account

Go to My characters on this website.
Log in with your game username and password.
Choose Delete my account, and confirm.

Your account and all its characters are deleted straight away.

Delete a guest account

If you play as a guest ("Play as guest"), open the game's Menu and choose Delete account. Your guest account and its characters are deleted straight away. Guest accounts nobody plays for 30 days are deleted anyway.

Delete just one character

In the game, on the character list, pick the character and choose Delete, then type your password to confirm. That character and its progress are deleted; your account and other characters stay.

Can't log in?

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account (a parent's, for players under 13), and say which account to delete. We'll do it within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What's deleted

Your account: username, password (stored scrambled), month and year of birth, and email address.
Your characters: names, looks, stats, items, quests, homes, guild membership, best friend, and where they are in the game.
Your game milestones (the dates you first reached a few points in the game), your blocked-players list, and reports you made.

What's kept, and for how long

Backups: a copy of the database is made every night and kept for 14 days, so deleted data is fully gone from backups within 14 days.
Purchases (if you bought anything on the website): what was bought, when, the price and whether it was paid or refunded, for as long as Australian tax law requires (at least five years). Card details are never kept by us.
Safety records about you made by others: reports by other players are deleted a year after they're closed, and our moderators' log after two years.
Crash reports you chose to send aren't linked to your account, and are deleted after 90 days.

Chat isn't saved, so there's nothing to delete. More about what we keep is in our privacy policy.
